Meet the Team
Our Mothers Helpers aren't just skilled…they're also mothers. They've lived the juggle, the witching hours, the touched-out days, and the season when the visitors stop coming, but the need for help doesn't. They show up with capable hands and a genuine understanding of what family life really looks like.
From the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, we have a team of women who believe that mothers deserve real, steady support, not just in the newborn days, but in all seasons of mothering.
Who are our Mother’s Helpers?
Every woman we bring onto the team is carefully vetted, because inviting someone into the rhythm of your home takes trust, and we don't take that lightly.
All of our Mother’s Helpers hold a current Blue Card, up-to-date 1st Aid and CPR certification, and have their own reliable transport. Their backgrounds vary. You'll find women with experience in childcare, early education, doula work, and more.
But what they all share is a non-judgemental, warm, and practical approach to supporting mothers. No unsolicited advice. No performative help. Just someone who shows up and gets on with it.
Danielle
Hey! I’m Danielle. I hold a diploma in early childhood education and have years of experience as a nanny and mother’s helper. I feel that becoming a mother deepened my understanding of just how tender and transformative the postpartum season can be.
I am passionate about supporting women with a calm, nurturing, and practical presence. I understand the physical recovery, the emotional shifts, and the need for reassurance and rest.
In my work as a Mother’s Helper I aim to gently lighten the load - whether that’s caring for a baby, supporting siblings, helping around the home, or simply ensuring a mum feels held, seen, and supported.
Sunshine Coast, SEQJessica
Jes lives on the Gold Coast with her husband and two sons. She is deeply passionate about people and connection. Her experience spans group facilitation, graphic design and photography, administration, client services, and nanny and babysitting work, alongside the profound learning and unlearning that comes with motherhood.
Jes says that becoming a mother reshaped her identity entirely and ignited a deep calling to support women and mothers. She is now deeply invested in postpartum care, women’s health, and menstrual cycle awareness, and creates spaces and services that nurture, honour, and support women through every season.
